I had a job interview yesterday. It seemed to go really well, over 2 hours with 5 managers. I really am hoping for this position as I have out of work for almost a year. Between health needs and basic utilities we are almost wiped. I really do want to get back in the field. I am also exploring other options, such as audiobook narration as well as voiceover work. I just don’t know if I’m good enough. Biggest issue with my search is I send out my resume and then hear nothing. I’m sure some of it has to do with my age (I’m 61) so that i am both aged as well as priced out. Wish me luck those of you who stumble across these missives.
